Mr. Middlebrooks,
Thank-you for joining the National Black Chamber of Commerce Federation! We are delighted to have you and your chamber with us on our mission to economically empower Black-owned businesses.
We are experiencing unprecedented levels of interests from many new places. We are sincere about establishing free trade and improving commerce throughout the Black Diaspora. The NBCC is taking the lead in creating opportunities for small businesses . We are hosting trade missions to the Canary Islands, West Africa, and Northern Africa this year. Soon we will announce a major industry & trade initiative for West Africa. The annual convention will again be in New Orleans July 23-26. Our work on the reconstruction of the Gulf Coast is thriving.
We will further enhance our Memorandums of Understanding with federal agencies such as Interior, Agriculture, HUD, and the SBA, and global chambers of commerce. Small and minority business will are regaining momentum in the competitive arena of government contracting. NBCC members will be there doing more than their fair share. Please feel free to email us with your specific interests and needs. We encourage your involvement. Make sure you are receiving the weekly newsletter eblast by registering on our website www.nationalbcc.org.
